These orbs mainly subsist to prevent players from being able to end this pitiful waste of time and space when he decides to remain stationary for a noticeable length of time.Ī polar opposite to Cryosphere, Brandish is one of, if not the, hardest boss fights in the entire game. While his hammer and ice beams do provide a small semblance of intensity, said small intensity is all but overshadowed by the time-wasting orbs. On occasion, he will also jump into the air and attempt to slam the player with a frost hammer. All Cryosphere does is surround himself with ice orbs that he either hits at you with a bat or raises up to shoot frozen beams. When searching for the worst offender of a slow battle, look no further than the damnable Cryosphere. The fact of the matter is, they were only brought up to clarify what is required for a boss to not make it on this list, and since we already know what is deemed necessary to be considered one of the three worst bosses of this game (excluding any bosses that are not the eight big bads), let us begin.
However, those are not the bosses we are focusing on today (or any day). Outliers, in this case, refer to bosses like Pyrogen that provide a fair, engaging fight where attacks are telegraphed yet surprising, and mediocre bosses that had enough of an interesting twist to prevent them from entirely succumbing to their own flaws. These three imperfect boss types equate to three battles that represent the central problems of Burst’s rogue’s gallery with other fights existing as outliers. Notwithstanding the fact that the two characters have varying play styles, Beck and Gunvolt have a strong similarity through the fact that they both have slow-paced bosses that drag out their fights to extend the length of the game, fast-paced bosses that go on the offensive with nearly impossible to dodge attacks, and bosses that have a mixture of problems from both of these kinds of conflicts. On account of it being a crossover, you are able to blast through the campaign as either Beck from Mighty Number Nine or the titular Gunvolt from Azure Striker Gunvolt. Mighty Gunvolt Burst is a Mega Man-inspired crossover between Mighty Number Nine and Azure Striker Gunvolt.
Having a boss rush level for this game is a terrible idea
